Tube Laser Services
Boydstun’s 5+3 AMB Dual Core laser allows us to process custom/architectural structural jobs of various shapes and sizes. The tube laser, currently one of the largest on the West Coast, offers faster processing times and tighter tolerances. We can handle 26-foot long raw material and can complete a finished part just as long. Thanks to its six-axis technology, parts with chamfers and bevels up to 45 degrees can be processed without an issue.
Our machine’s six station tapping unit allows us to complete a finished part without a second process. We can process steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Boydstun will also supply your material upon request to ensure that it is of the highest quality. The better the quality, the better the cut. Our machine can handle square and rectangle tube up to 8″ in diameter and round tubing & pipe up to 9.5″ diameter. Our machine can also open and special section material.
Boydstun currently provides outside services for businesses located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California.
